In the Florian Apartments you are right on track! If you are looking for relaxing and tranquility in the midst of an untouched natural landscape, you will find the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in our accommodation. Not just in the comfortable beds in our apartments and rooms, but also in a deckchair by the heated, covered outdoor pool (in summer) with a mountain panorama or while relaxing in the wellness area with sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin (in winter). Here you will find everything your heart desires, from total relaxation to outdoor action in the Salzburg mountains - whether alone, as a couple, with friends or family.
Outdoor pool
Pure water fun for every taste: soothing hits after a long hike, a morning lap to wake up or a cool down in between!
Don't go with the flow. Let yourself drift - listen to the murmur of the water, observe the breathtaking landscape and enjoy the fresh mountain air! In the summer months you can relax in our natural garden with a solar-heated and covered outdoor pool (8 x 4 metres) in front of the beautiful backdrop of the Salzburg mountains.
A constant control of water quality certification is a matter of course for us!
Wellness in winter
Peace and warmth on the skin - this is where the body regains its strength for a new active day in nature.
Our wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin including relaxation area is open to all our adult guests (from 15 years) from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On the comfortable loungers you can look back on your day of vacation or dream a little of the days to come...
Our sauna world is open for you in winter, we ask you to register in the morning.
Outdoor area
Plenty of space to relax - an exclusive place with a sun terrace for the guests of the Florian Apartments. A breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountains, nature lovers will find their favorite place here. For the children, the garden offers a wonderful setting for playing in nature. Playground equipment for small and slightly older children is available here.

In order to save you the trip to the bakery during your holiday in St. Johann, we will be happy to bring you fragrant rolls and delicious pastries directly to your room or apartment door every day. This guarantees you a relaxed breakfast experience in your holiday apartment and the stress-free, relaxing day of your holiday begins with the first meal.
